Our Story?

We both met from our love for desserts…In December 2018 we had planned a trip to Paris for the weekend, however due to ongoing riots and protests in the area, we were forced to cancel our plans. Instead, as the border crossing from Dover to Calais was already paid for, we decided to make a detour to Brussels, Belgium – the chocolate capital of the world!

Rummaging through the old town, in between the hustle and bustle on a busy Saturday afternoon on our spontaneous trip, we stopped off at maybe a dozen dessert shops along the touristy walk – you could call it a ‘Dessert Crawl’ and NO we did not feel sick, we just adore dessert!
